On the evening of November 22nd, Professor Sheng Li, a Distinguished Professor at Shandong University, Executive Dean of the Institute for SCO Studies, and Honorary Professor of the China-SCO College of Economics and Trade, delivered a theme report entitled Great Power Diplomacy with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era: The Docking of China's Belt and Road Initiative and Russia's Eurasian Economic Union for the freshmen undergraduates of the School of Politics and Public Administration, Class of 2024.

At the beginning of the lecture, Professor Sheng Li conducted an in-depth analysis of the strategic layout of great power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era, elaborating on the achievements and far-reaching significance of the "Belt and Road" Initiative over the past decade, while also discussing the challenges faced by China-Russia cooperation both internally and externally.

At the end of the lecture, students shared their insights and questions regarding issues related to great power diplomacy in the new era, engaging in in-depth exchanges and discussions with Professor Sheng Li.
