
Dean of the China-SCO Academy of Economics and Trade; Expert in the fields of multilateral economic and trade cooperation and international talent cultivation. Adhering to the philosophy of "extensive consultation, joint contribution, shared benefits and openness", he has innovatively constructed the "N+1+N" two-way training platform featuring the model of "overseas universities + Academy of Economics and Trade + domestic universities". He has promoted the Academy to establish cooperative relations with more than 30 foreign universities (including Lomonosov Moscow State University and Fudan University) and over 30 domestic institutions. His research mainly focuses on the SCO regional economic and trade cooperation and the construction of a cross-border talent training system. He has carried out training programs centering on the core demands of industrial globalization, such as national conditions and laws, investment environment and cross-border settlement, and provided talent support and platform guarantee for the high-quality development of economic and trade in SCO member states.
