Zeng Xianghong
Dean of the School of Politics and Public Administration, Southwest University of Political Science & Law. He is a Young Scholar of the Ministry of Education's "Changjiang Scholars Program" with reappointment, one of the first batch of National Cultural Talents, and receives a special government allowance from the State Council. Previously, he served as a Second-level Professor, Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Politics and International Relations, Lanzhou University, Director of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Research Center, and Leading Talent of Gansu Province. He engages mainly in research on Central Asia, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and terrorism governance. He has published more than 160 academic papers in authoritative journals such asSocial Sciences in ChinaandWorld Economics and Politics, presided over numerous national-level projects, and over 50 research reports have been adopted or commented on by relevant central and local decision-making departments.
