Director of the Global Policy Institute of Kyrgyzstan, Deputy Director of the Kyrgyz-China Research Institute at Kyrgyz National University, and Advisor to the National Strategic Institute of Kyrgyzstan.With over 25 years of experience in public administration, policy analysis, and international relations, he has held various senior positions within the Kyrgyz Parliament, the Government Administration, and the President's Office. He has long been engaged in research on international relations, China-Kyrgyzstan cooperation, and public policy. He is a prolific commentator, having authored over 80 articles and given more than 700 comments and interviews to international media outlets, including CGTN, People's Daily, Global Times, Xinhua News Agency, Russia's Sputnik, Radio Liberty, and Al-Jazeera, where he elaborates on the achievements of Kyrgyz-China cooperation and the significance of the BRI. In recognition of his efforts in promoting people-to-people exchanges and academic cooperation, he was awarded the title of "Silk Road Friendship Ambassador" (2023). His other honors include the Certificate of Honor of the Kyrgyz Republic (2017) and the Medal 20 years of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(2021). He is the author of several books, including "Kyrgyzstan and China. 30 years of Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation. Foundations and Prospects."He actively participates in international cooperation projects, such as the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway and the development of cross-border logistics corridors, emphasizing the contributions of China's industrial development to the global industrial chain. Additionally, he serves as an independent advisor to the Kyrgyz government, providing policy recommendations on economic reforms and social governance, and participates in international events such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summits and the Global Mayors' Dialogue, advocating for regional cooperation and sustainable development.
