During her tenure, she actively promoted Belt and Road cooperation, facilitating practical exchanges in agriculture, education, and other fields. Notable contributions include advancing Kyrgyz agricultural product promotion in China in 2015 and initiating the establishment of a Kyrgyzstan research center at Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2021. She has publicly affirmed China’s leadership role within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and emphasized the significance of Kyrgyzstan-China cultural-people-to-people cooperation in building a community with a shared future. As a pivotal promoter of bilateral relations, her diplomatic practice embodies the vision of good-neighborly friendship and shared prosperity between the two nations.
