Dean, Researcher, and Master's Supervisor at the School of Public Affairs, Nanjing University of Science and Technology; Council Member of the Jiangsu Higher Education Society. She obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from East China Institute of Technology in 1991 and a Ph.D. in Optical Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 1996. She was a visiting scholar at the University of Sydney in 2013.
Her long-standing research focuses on higher education management and the construction of new-liberal arts. She has presided over over 10 projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, the Ministry of Education, and provincial-level key programs. Her achievements include winning the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award, seven provincial-level teaching awards (including First and Second Prizes of the Jiangsu Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award and Third Prize of the Educational Science Research Award), and serving as chief editor of the national-level planned textbook Business English Negotiation.
She has promoted interdisciplinary integration between the college and mainstream disciplines, proposed the concept of "new-liberal arts construction," and guided graduate students to win national competition awards. Recognized as an "Excellent Communist Party Member of Jiangsu Province's Universities" and "Outstanding Teacher," her academic contributions have been published in domestic and international journals, with significant contributions to social services.
