Professor at Shanghai International Studies University and Deputy Director of the Russian Research Center at East China Normal University (a key research base of the Ministry of Education). He is also Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Shanghai-based Russian Research journal and previously served as Assistant Dean of the School of International Relations and Regional Studies at East China Normal University. His long-standing research focuses on politics, diplomacy, and China-Russia relations in Russia and Eurasia. He has published over 30 academic papers in core journals such as Russian Research and International Affairs Review, and presided over multiple projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China and the Ministry of Education. As a core editorial board member of Russian Research, he has contributed to academic platform development and China-Russia think tank collaboration.

In recent years, he has participated in organizing academic activities including the "China-Russia Humanities Cooperation Forum" and the "Shanghai Cooperation Organization Development Report" series. His work has received provincial-level research awards. He also serves as a council member of the Chinese Association of Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian Studies, representing young scholars in the field of China-Russia relations research.
