         Ph.D. in Economics, graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Economics in Russia. She serves as the Director of the Research Center for the "Belt and Road" Initiative and the "Eurasian Economic Union" at Northwest University, and holds the position of Educational Consul at the Consulate General of China in St. Petersburg. Additionally, she is a member of the review committee for the All-Russian Moscow Higher School Economic Forum International Conference, and serves on the editorial boards of several core journals: the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and Higher Attestation Commission (VAK) journal Contemporary Economic Issues, the Russian Index of Scientific Citation (РИНЦ) journal International Relations in the Context of Global Changes, and the Korea Citation Index (KCI) core journal Sino-Korean Research Journal. Her long-standing research focuses on regional and national studies in Russia and Central Asia, as well as international issues related to the "Belt and Road" Initiative. She has led projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, research initiatives from the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education, and multiple horizontal projects. She has authored two monographs (funded by the China Scholarship Council) and published over 30 academic papers in Chinese, English, and Russian in core journals at home and abroad. She has also drafted numerous high-level policy advisories. Since 2020, she has been invited by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to teach government officials from member states courses such as Current Situation and Countermeasures for Sino-Russian Agricultural Economic Cooperation and China's National Conditions and Culture. To date, she has participated in over 30 high-level domestic and international academic conferences, delivering keynote speeches.
