Male, born in 1969, from Dangshan, Anhui Province. Professor andDoctoralSupervisor in the School of Law at Shandong University, holding aPh.D.in Law; Amember of theCentralLegal Committee of JiuSan Society. He has successively hosted 2 National Social Science FundProjects, and over 10 projects funded by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice, and the General Administration of Sport of China. He has publishedover70papersin CSSCI journals in the fields of law and sports science. He has visited and studied at the International Sports Law Centre of the Asser Institute in the Netherlands, the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law, the Hellenic Olympic Academy in Greece, the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights, the Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy in Germany, and the University of Victoria in Canada. His recent main research areas include International Economic Law, International Investment Law, International Sports Law, and International Dispute Resolution.
