He also previously held positions in academic organizations, including:Member of theElectronics Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; Vice Chairman of the China Intellectual Property Research Association; Vice President of the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce; Vice Chairman of the China Electronics Standardization Association; and Vice President of the China Trademark Association.

Recently, he has presided over and completed research work related to the establishment of SCO cooperation in science and technology and technology transfer, as well as research on related standards.
